CHEMcorr Inc. is currently assisting the Navy in the development of a portable electrolytic chlorination unit that is a "backfit" asset for ships to control biological fouling in saltwater firemain, main & auxiliary seawater cooling systems including individual heat exchanger and condenser components.

Subject unit weighs less than 30 pounds, is fully portable for temporary or permanent ship install, and has the ability to treat 800 gallons per minute (gpm) at a concentration of 0.3 parts per million (ppm). Unit may be programmed for intermittent or continuous operation.
